| Clamber Hill has hosted all types of groups, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, business seminars, equestrian, music & art workshops and more! Our library is the ideal gathering place for seminars, workshops or social gatherings. We can accommodate overnight groups of 5 to 12 people depending on your room requirements. Book early to get your date as this special package is only valid from November 1st until April 30th each year. Room rates from Nov 1, 2017 until April 30, 2018 are: $150 per night single occupancy or $175 per night double occupancy And please note, the special rate applies only when all five rooms (the entire Inn) are booked and charged to one person or business. All rooms have private bathrooms unless both sides of the Family Suite are being used --the Family Suite has a connecting bath between the two bedrooms. Breakfast is included, additional group meals may be arranged prior to your arrival. 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking and you must ask for the Rent the Inn Special when the reservation is made. Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am so day time seminars or workshops only work with a two night stay. Evening seminars/workshops are possible with a one night stay Please note: This offer does not apply to holiday weekends.
