At a B&B, breakfast is included in your room rate, but not all breakfasts are equal! Here at Clamber Hill, a full gourmet breakfast is what makes this Inn famous. Breakfast is served in our Dining Room or Wintergarden from 7 am to 9 am each day. We have a Keurig for our early risers. At Clamber Hill breakfast is a grand, leisurely 2- course gourmet affaire, starting off with a choice of juice, a spectacular plate of fresh seasonal fruit, & fresh baked goods from the Clamber Hill kitchen. We rotate the first course with a variety of different breakfast breads, such as muffins, cinnamon rolls, scones and popovers because variety is the spice of life! All this is still followed by the main course, of course! If you're staying with us multiple nights, we try not to serve the same thing twice unless you get hooked on a favorite. If you do get hooked on one of our wonderful recipes and want it the next day or the next time you come to stay -- please remember that it's your job to let us know ahead of time! For the main course and we always give you two options. Farm Fresh Eggs "Cooked to Order" (fried, scrambled, soft boiled, poached, etc) or the Chef's Special of the day. Again this option always varies among our many pancake, crepe, French toast or waffle recipes. And both options always come with breakfast meats! Our original Pear Almond Pancakes won a semi-finalist award in the national BedandBreakfast.com Pancakes with Personality contest. We have gotten quite good at accommodating special needs, so if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. And of course to top it all off we serve a bottomless cup of freshly brewed coffee, decaf or tea! Enjoy! |
