| Room Rates All rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast with menu options. Dinner is not included in room rates but may be arranged for overnight guests any night of the week with advanced notice of at least 24 hours. We now have online reservations which allows you to see the current rates before making your reservation. Children 5 and over count as adults and we will provide a roll-away The WiFi works well in the Charleston Room, Equestrian Room and Nautical Room It does not work well in the European Suite and does not work at all in the Oriental Room or the Twin Room. We are in the process of upgrading but progress is slower than anticipated. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. We ask that they not be left alone in the rooms.
